A large dining room with table seating for 10, open plan kitchen and chill out area with leather sofas. 5 Bedrooms, (3 doubles, 1 twin, 1 bunkbed), two of the bedrooms have enclosed terraces, making them ideal for those with babies/infants that need space for a travel cot. There are 2 bathrooms one on each floor. Outside there is a decked sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, a part covered terrace for lazy lunches or alfresco dinning. The walk-in pool has a shallow end ideal for younger children, and a deeper end for the more serious swimmer. (the pool is on a salt water system, so no mosquitos and no chemicals) A BBQ area consists of brick built BBQ,with table and chairs. Outside parking.for 3 cars

This charming Villa is only 1km from a beautiful beach yet has its own very private swimming pool. Within 50 metres are the excellent local facilities which offer a bar, restaurant and supermarket. There is a regular bus service to the very popular fiesta town of Peniscola which is just a One kilometre away and is well known for it's year round shops, entertaining fiestas and carnival, restaurants and night life.
