We like to be familiar with all properties on our books in order to offer a personal service to both owners and renters. We will meet with you at your property in Spain to talk with you about prices, to take photographs and details and to collect keys and your inventory.
Renters are encouraged to visit our website and book their holiday online.
The renter receives confirmation of the booking and the contract with them becomes firm. You are encouraged to visit your reservation calendar for an update at any time. Please remember to keep us up to date with your own visit dates.
The renter makes the final payment and then has their holiday.
We inspect the property at the end of each rental and check that is all well.
We then pay you the rental amount by electronic transfer straight into you UK bank account, less our fee of 20%.
Unless you already have an arrangement with someone else, we recommend that you use our full cleaning and laundry service at the end of each rental. This is charged as extra and the cost can be built into your rental. Details and prices can be discussed at a meeting with you in Spain or by email.
